Before Nicobar, he built and led E-Ink’s chemical and electronics manufacturing operations that supplied the display material for the Amazon Kindle and Sony Reader e-books. Andy has also managed chemical processing operations for Domino Sugar’s Specialty refinery in Brooklyn, NY and oversaw manufacturing for raw materials used in the pharmaceuticals industry.
He has extensive experience in program management, manufacturing and process management, organizational change management and the design and implementation of quality systems. Andy specializes in US-China manufacturing process transfer.
Andy has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and Business 2.0. He grew up in Boston, MA and holds a BS from Columbia University in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
